Kick Start FC is a fantastic charity that supports many local people and has really started to change the perception of mental health and giving people a safe space to discuss mental health without the fear of being judged. They put on free weekly sessions that cover, Mens, womens, junior and walking football to try and ensure they reach as many people as possible.

I will be running Reading Half Marathon in order to raise money for this charity selling slots on my play list that I will be running to on the day.
