5 years after my first and only marathon, I’m ready for my second (I hope). The marathon takes place in early January in Dubai and given that it is 6 years to the day (23/12/17) since my Dad died of MND it feels like the right time to launch my fundraising page. Training is going fairly well as well - I completed 31km this morning so I’m feeling more optimistic!

I know that times are tough for many and that there are many other great causes out there but if you could spare a bit of money and donate, that would be great.

MND is a horrible degenerative disease and whilst it has gained a higher profile in recent years, more money is still required for research and to support families affected.

As with the London marathon, I will match my target donation, pound for pound (or dirham for dirham) if it is met!
