Together with the Poynton Male Voice Choir, 40 men from all walks of life have stepped up to "Sing for Life" in support of Prostate Cancer UK. With just 6 weeks to prepare and little prior knowledge of a tenor from a baritone, it's time to step out of their comfort zone for a special gala concert. Singing hits from Les Miserables, Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra and more, we'd love to make this not only a memorable night for those in attendance but also a profitable one for Prostate Cancer UK.

1 in 8 men will develop prostate cancer.

I was one of those men. Back in 2016, I was told that if I did not have a Prostatectomy, my life expectancy would be 5 years. I then required radiotherapy and hormone treatment; all of it not very pleasant. Wendy and I took this difficult journey together.

Move forward to today, I'm still here, but there are now much better treatments to catch this cancer early. With more investment, maybe it could be eradicated completely!

To the men reading this...
