Hospitality is a challenging sector at the best of times and no more so than the past 3 years. Many in our industry suffered from financial hardship during the pandemic, and with the subsequent cost of living crisis and pressure on businesses through significant increases in operating costs many more have lost their livelihood. Hospitality Action is there to help and support anyone that has a need, whether that be from financial support or just advice and guidance through their Employee Assistance Programme. The industry has given me so much and I am in a very fortunate position to be able to give back so I am taking on this challenge to raise funds for an incredible and worthwhile charity.
