We are a grassroots charity that provides practical and emotional support to those seeking help in our community. We offer essential services including a warm, safe drop-in centre where people in need can access hot meals, showers, haircuts, a laundry service and a clothing bank.

Story

I appreciate you visiting my fundraising page!

When I celebrated my 50th birthday, I took on the challenge of the London Marathon. Now, a decade later, at the seasoned age of 60, I've decided to embark on a slightly less strenuous endeavour, preferably one that involved sitting down. With that in mind, I am delighted to say that on September 10th, I'll be participating in the London to Brighton bike ride - peddle bike!

My motivation for this ride goes beyond any personal accomplishment. I’ve been involved with the Woolwich-based charity ‘WSUP’, for a while now, helping provide essential services to those facing homelessness and crisis in Greenwich. From showers and hot meals to haircuts, clothing, work experience/training, addiction support, and advice, WSUP really makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most.

Please join me in supporting this exceptional cause. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals who are far less fortunate than us.

Thank you,

David
