Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 22nd September 2025 Sandra was diagnosed with breast cancer and she is currently undergoing treatment post op.

Our world was turned upside down but through the turmoil the odd day out has helped us deal with our situation.

Sandra has always been very sporty and we were already aware of the charity Foxtrot Oscar Cancer (FOC) which provides the funds to send families affected by cancer to sporting events across the Country.

Sandra took part in the Thames path challenge supporting Kidney research when I was poorly so now it’s my turn.

So we wanted to be able to support other families experience an enjoyable day out at a sporting event.

This is how we found FOC

So I have decided to walk a minimum of 100km through the month of May to send a minimum of two families via the charity administrators to an event of their choice.

Any help you may be able to give towards our fundraiser will be greatly appreciated.
