Our team will be taking part in the triathlon (Swim, bike, run) on the 11th August.

Our team our raising money for the Spinal Injuries Association to help them continue the brilliant work they do every day to support anyone affected by a spinal cord injury. With the goal of helping them go on to live fulfilled lives.

Our team member David sustained a T8 complete spinal cord injury from a road traffic accident in Thailand in 2015 when he was 20 years old. He will be completing the full triathlon with his team of Ahmed Khan, Dominic Smith, Helen Barry, Dominic O'Hara and Tom Connors.

Please help us reach our goal to help the SIA continue to positively impact the lives of those affected by spinal cord injuries.
