As one of the lucky ones who has got through Cancer and is still around to tell the tale. One of my friends is doing this amazing event for Charity, so I decided to join him.

On 23 October 2025, things are going to get heated because I’ll be taking part in Hospiscare’s Firewalk! I’ll be braving the blaze and walking on embers reaching temperatures of 1,200 degrees, all to raise funds for my local hospice, Hospiscare.

Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative care to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left.
