Joey and alfie unfortunately lost there uncle Karl (swagger)swales a few year back to a bloodclot on his lung.

Karl was 1 of life's good guys. Would do absolutely anything for any body, he loved the boro, formula 1 and basically any sport he could watch but above all that he worshipped his family and friends. My 2 boys joey and alfie often talk about karl so with tony, kay (karls parents) and cheryl (joey and alfies mam) blessing I suggested we do a charity run in Karl's memory.

So every day in September joey and alfie are going to run 2 miles, 60 miles in total raising money for thrombosis UK charity along the way

It's gonna be a tough task for any 8 and 9 year old but il be supporting them every run there do.
