In September, I'm taking on on the incredible Atlantic Velodyssey - a 350-mile cycling challenge from Bordeaux to Bilbao along Europe’s stunning Atlantic coastline.

Dreams Come True are a national charity whose mission is to enrich the lives of children with serious and life-limiting conditions living in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, by fulfilling their dreams.

Some of you may know that my wife Jayne, is a trustee for Dreams Come True. As an avid ‘indoor only’ cycling fan, Jayne has asked me to represent her by joining the ‘Atlantic Velodyssey’ bike ride for Dreams Come True. It’s a cause that is close to our hearts.

Whether its a UK family getaway for a young cancer patient, a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, or a room makeover for a seriously ill child, each dream brings moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come.
