Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

I've been lucky to have been able to use the Community Autism Support Service that Warwickshire Mind run, especially in the difficult aftermath of the COVID Lockdown.

I've signed up to walk 100kms in the South Coast Ultra-Challenge. I will be doing it solo, without my Hearing Dog for Deaf People, Dexter, with only strangers for company.

This is my way of paying it forward, by raising money for the national charity who provide funding for Warks Mind, and at the same time push myself and challenge my anxiety, hopefully to grow and gain more confidence on the way.
