Since 2019 I've taken part in the Adnams 10k for my mum, Shirley Hill, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's that year.

Sadly, in December 2023 my dad, Rodney Hill, was also diagnosed with this cruel disease.

On February 25th 2024 my mum passed away. On March 11th 2024 my dad passed away.

I'm doing this one (with virtually no training) in their memory.
