Story
Over the next 30 days, I'll be joining a team attempting to virtually walk the entire perimeter of Nepal, covering a combined distance of more than 3,000km. It's a significant challenge, but the reason behind it makes every step worthwhile.
Together, we're aiming to raise £40,000 to help build a brand-new school in the remote village of Odane, Nepal.

The Purpose:
The impact of this new school will be immediate and life-changing, providing a brand new school building with 11 classrooms for around 110 children who currently face significant barriers to accessing education.
Many children in the area spend up to three hours every day walking to and from school. Some simply cannot attend regularly because the journey is too difficult. Importantly, the school will give children more time to learn, more opportunities to thrive and a brighter future

The Challenge:
Together, with a crack team of (non) soldiers of fortune, the A-team will be virtually walking the entire perimeter of Nepal, covering an incredible 3,000km between us!!
I have personally committed to completing 300km over 30 days. That means averaging 10km every day for a month. Rain or shine, energised or tired, busy day or quiet day - the miles will get done!
The Target:
Archway have committed to matching every pound donated, pound for pound. Every contribution will therefore have double the impact and help us reach our goal of building a school that will serve generations of children in Odane.
You are helping build a real school for real children. Your support could provide clean water through a well, solar power for lighting, desks and classroom furniture, safe wash facilities and learning spaces that will serve this community for generations.
Please give generously. Every donation will be doubled, every pound will make a difference and every step brings us closer to making this school a reality.
Thank you for your support.
