As you are aware we had a really tough start to the year when Dorothy was diagnosed on Christmas Eve with a Grade 4 Brain Tumour, Thanks to the amazing support we received from the team at St Johns Hospice, Dorothy was able to stay at home with family by her side until she sadly passed away in April. St Johns Hospice have continued to go above and beyond and offer family support, and bereavement counselling
