Well this will be my 6th half marathon in the last 7 years. Been a few years since my last what with injuries and life circumstances but have started training for this in the last 4 months and am determined to complete this.

What makes this half marathon truly special is the impact each mile has on the families Havens Hospices cares for. With every step, you contribute to ‘Making every day count’ for people of all ages who are living with incurable conditions and their families.

This is a local charity to me and knowing the money raised will be so much appreciated and make a difference to people’s lives makes the training for this all worthwhile.
