I have been fortunate this year in being granted a ballot place at the London Marathon. In an attempt to raise awareness for mental health issues and in memory of my friend Herbie, who took his own life two years ago, I have decided to run for The Icarus Charity, which provides mental health support to veterans.

I don't expect to get round in a lightning fast time but I do expect to get round! Please give anything you can to support my efforts...
