As you all are aware, two years ago I was diagnosed with throat cancer. Due to the treatment and care I received from the Oncology department at QA hospital by all the staff and getting the all clear six months later. I felt, alongside Express FM, this is a great opportunity to give something back to the Cancer Services Fund. So, it's great to be doing the Great South Run with a great team.

We have all been touched by someone by this disease so it would be great to give something back, please give generously.
