I have been involved with Two Step since it started in 1993. The work is very focussed, helping people who are homeless get housing in the private rented sector. In that time we have housed more than 7,000 people, allowing them to move on with their lives. They have a home, can regain their self-esteem, get jobs, training and give back to society.

Much of Two Steps work is funded by local authorities who refer people to us. However we want to add to the people we help by accepting referrals from charities that meet the needs to homeless people, such as day centres. This "Charity Housing Service" will allow us to help even more people to get off the streets and rebuld their lives. This is why I am asking for you to donate on this page.

I call it a donation rather than sponsorship because I am not doing anything very challenging - I am walking in London. Don't donate because you want me to exert myself. Please donate because you want to make a difference to people's lives.
