I'm raising money for Help Counselling Centre, a mental health charity of which I'm a trustee.

Mental health continues to be a challenge for society, even more so for those who have financial difficulties and who cannot afford to pay for commercial support. Help Counselling Centre provides a low cost counselling service to people in this situation. Demand for our service continues to grow as does the need for funding.

This year, I'm specifically running for our bursary scheme which supports the neediest of our clients. Every pound I raise will be matched by a corporate donor.
