Whether you create a stir or make a splash, do it for the NSPCC and every pound you raise will help protect more children and prevent abuse.

Story

On Monday 3rd July 2023 I'll be completing my own Welsh Three Peaks Challenge and raising funds for the NSPCC at the same time.

The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge is made up of three of the highest and most iconic mountains in Wales: Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Wales’ tallest peak and the highest point in Britain outside the Scottish highlands; Cader Idris, a spectacular peak at the southerly edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park; and Pen y Fan, the highest peak in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park in South Wales.

Please donate whatever you can afford to give so that the NSPCC can help even more children.

When a child is free from abuse, they're free to dream again.

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.
