At David Lloyd Clubs in Bristol Westbury, we’re taking part in Challenge Yourself to 25 for BBC Children in Need.

Challenge Yourself to 25 starts on Friday 17th October and ends on Friday 14th November! Exactly what the challenge involves can be totally up to you - you can choose the kind of exercise that suits you best: whether that’s 25 lengths of a pool, 25 group exercise classes or 25 games of Padel - Let’s move together and make a difference.

Children across the UK are facing more obstacles than ever, with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression rising, high levels of poverty leading to inequality and lack of opportunity - and many simply carrying a load that’s too heavy to manage alone.  

For every project that successfully applies to BBC Children in Need for funding, the charity has to turn seven away. By taking on Challenge Yourself to 25 and raising money, you can support projects that do everything they can to make life lighter for children in your community.
