Story
We've chosen to support Sarcoma UK, a national charity that funds vital research, offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments.
This cause is especially close to our hearts. Our beloved David MacIver sadly lost his struggle with synovial sarcoma cancer — a rare and aggressive form of the disease. David was a kind, generous, and deeply loved man. His loss leaves a huge hole in our lives.
Sarcoma is notoriously hard to diagnose and even harder to treat. If there had been more research, more targeted treatments, or better awareness, who knows what might have been possible.
Your donation will help fund research to find answers, keep Sarcoma UK’s specialist Support Line running, and raise vital awareness to improve care and outcomes.
Your contributions go a long way:
• £8.80 could cover 10 support calls to Sarcoma UK’s helpline.
• £25 could fund a Research Associate for an hour.
• £334 could keep the Support Line running for a whole day.
• £9,000 could buy a lab fume cupboard, allowing researchers to work safely with chemicals.
Please donate if you can. Every contribution helps keep hope alive for others affected by this devastating disease.
Thank you.
