Our blue light responders face relentless demands. They often get only a brief moment to catch their breath before another call comes in, yet they answer without hesitation or excuse. On Saturday 20 June 2026, I will join fellow emergency services workers in the "Ben Nevis - Double Dunter" challenge—completing two summits of Ben Nevis, the UK's highest mountain. This personal trek will be a true test of endurance and resilience.

All proceeds from this event will go towards 999RESET, a vital charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and physical wellbeing of emergency services workers. These heroes give so much every day; now it's our turn to give back.
