Me and my friend Ben are cycling from Bristol to Belfast this June to raise money for MAP (Medical Aid for Palestine). Like many of you I've been watching the horrors unfolding against Palestinian men, women and children whilst feeling powerless and ashamed of our government's inaction. But by giving whatever you can I hope we can make a difference by providing the means and equipment for people at their most desperate to recieve medical help now when it's needed the most. So for every pound my friends and family donate I will add 25p to help raise as much as we can. Cheers everyone! Roll on Spring
