As part of our wonderful team at Stonegate Group’s huge efforts, my wife Clare and I are playing a small part in supporting the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), who are taking a stand against suicide.

125 lives are lost every week to suicide. Suicide is now the leading cause of death for people aged 15-39, and men under the age of 50 in the UK. CALM exists to change this.

Clare and I are running the Great Scottish Run 1/2 Marathon and I would be so grateful if you could spare a little bit to help us raise some vital funds, as Stonegate group get closer and closer to the incredible milestone of raising 500k for this vital cause, in just our first few months of fundraising.

CALM make a difference every day by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and don't die by suicide.
