I’m taking on the National 3 Peaks challenge on the 5th of July to raise money for Spread a Smile ...

The National 3 Peaks Challenge is a race against the clock to climb the 3 highest mountains in the UK — Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon) — all within 24 hours. It’s about 23 miles of hiking, 10,000+ feet of ascent, and around 460 miles of driving.
