I’m attempting the Bantham Swoosh on 18th July 2026. A 6km swim down river, the Aune Estuary, South Devon. Lee Baker, Sam Morris and Emily King will also be taking part.

Practising at Cromhall quarry and progress is slow but steady whereas my younger (half my age) counterparts are smashing it.
