I will be running The Hyundai Lisbon Half Marathon, one of the most popular events in Portugal for TCF. The route starts from the Bridge Vasco de Gama with the finish line at Praça do Comercio, a historical symbol of the city of Lisbon.

The Compassionate Friends (TCF) is the UK’s only national charity providing peer support to bereaved parents, adult siblings and grandparents who have experienced the death of a child, sibling or grandchild. Using peer to peer support they offer a helpline, support groups nationwide and retreats for those whose child has died by any cause.
