I’m cycling 214 miles in one day on June 22nd, coast to coast, starting at 04:41 on the East coast from Minster-On-Sea (after cycling 9 miles to get to the start) and finishing at Weston-Super-Mare, ideally before sundown, and I’m doing it for a charity close to my heart, Dystonia UK, because it has helped my lovely sister-in-law and many many others who struggle with the condition.

Over 100,000 people in the UK are affected by Dystonia, which is a neurological condition presenting with uncontrollable and sometimes painful muscle spasms. Dystonia is a lifelong condition that affects both adults and children that currently has no cure.
