Story
On 27th September, myself and Carmen will be taking on the challenge of running the Berlin Marathon to raise money for Get Kids Going!.
Training for a marathon means months of early mornings, long runs, sore legs, and a lot of determination, no matter the weather - but that's nothing compared to the challenges faced by the people this charity supports every day.
I'm fundraising because I believe the work that Get Kids Going does makes a real difference. They give disabled children and young people (up to the age of 26 years) the opportunity of participating in sport. They inspire them to compete in sporting events, from start to paralympic level. Every donation, no matter how small, helps them continue providing vital support and services.
Whether you can give £5, £10, or more, I'd be incredibly grateful for your support. If you're unable to donate, sharing this page would also mean a lot.
Thank you for helping me turn every mile of training and every step in Berlin into something that can make a positive impact.
