Story
The Whitechapel Centre is a leading homeless and housing charity for the Liverpool region, working with people who are sleeping rough, living in hostels or struggling to manage their accommodation. They are committed to help people to find and maintain a home and learn the life skills essential for independent living.
To support and raise awareness of their valuable work I'm walking 300 miles from Edale to Lindesfarne on the east coast.
Walking solo I'll be camping for most, if not all of the walk and carrying all my kit with me.
I'm doing this from choice as a personal challenge. Some people are sleeping out in whatever the weather throws at them and they don't have a choice. I'm using my walk to help the Whitechapel Centre to help them.
