We’re raising money for Stepping Stones DS which exists to help families navigate the journey from birth to adulthood, helping young people with Down syndrome to fulfil their potential. They rely entirely on grants & fundraising; all donations are gratefully received, large or small, as they make a very real difference to the young people & families they support.
