This year I am taking part in Swedens largest and longest Bike event The Vättern Rundan. This is an annual 315 km cycle ride around Lake Vättern in Southern Sweden

A fantastic organisation that helps children with life limiting conditions live their best life. It is based a couple of miles from my home and I became fully aware of the depth of support it provides for families and children when a colleague of mine was helped by them.
