TRIBE Freedom Foundation is a charity, inspired by a 1,000 mile run from Odessa (Ukraine) to Dubrovnik (Croatia) to fight human trafficking and establish the first UK home for trafficked children. Since then, TRIBE Freedom Foundation has created a life-changing impact for +10,000 survivors and potential victims.

There are an estimated 50 million victims of slavery globally and 122,000 people living in slavery in the UK. This needs to stop.

That's why I'm running the Windsor Half Marathon with TRIBE Freedom Foundation.

Those who know me will be surprised/amazed/sceptical that I would ever attempt a 10k race, let alone a half-marathon. I'm definitely not a natural runner and so this is going to be a really tough challenge for me! I am basically going from couch to 20k in one month - yes this was a really last minute decision to get in shape and do something amazing whilst raising some cash for a good cause.

My target, therfore, is to finish the race in one piece! I'd really appreciate any donations to the cause, as it will definitely give me extra motivation to get over the line.
