I’m running the Wigan 10K for DIAS 💚💙

On 6th September, I’ll be running the Wigan 10K to raise money for DIAS Domestic Abuse Service, standing with survivors of domestic abuse and helping ensure they receive the support, safety, and hope they deserve.

This cause means a great deal to me because my wife, Sarah, is part of the incredible team at DIAS. Seeing the compassion and dedication they show every day has inspired me to take on this challenge.

The run is also a personal milestone for me, as I’ll be celebrating my 50th birthday just two days later. If I can mark this moment by supporting such an important cause, then every step will be worthwhile.
