Fourteen years after we last ran the Comrades Marathon, The Ultimate Human Race in South Africa, we are taking on the challenge again! On the 9th June 2024 we will endeavour to run the 86km/53 miles ultramarathon from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. Wish us luck!

This time we want to raise money for two deserving charities - Chai Cancer Care, and Alzheimer's Research UK. And anything you can afford to donate will be greatly appreciated.

Mike was a friend for over 50 years. We grew up together, went on camp together, holidays together.

We celebrated life’s highs, and we supported each other through the lows.

He was always in my life until he was wasn’t.

Mike was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2016 and passed away in 2019.

Chai was one of the many organisations that helped Mike deal with and live with his cancer. I know they made the journey easier for him.

We are raising money for Chai so that others can also benefit from their support.
