Story
This year I lost a good friend, J, to cancer.
In his memory, I am raising money for the Peddars Way Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn to help fund their first cuddle bed.
A cuddle bed allows loved ones to lie beside someone receiving end of life care, offering comfort, closeness and dignity at the hardest of times.
On 4th July I’ll be riding 223.33 km, just under 139 miles, in one day. The route takes me from Cromer Pier to the top of Peddars Way in Holme, down to the end in Thetford, through Downham, J’s hometown, through the Fens where he worked, and back to the Barn Restaurant in Terrington St John. This will be around 12 to 14 hours of riding.
Please give what you can in support to help fund a cuddle bed for the Peddars Way Unit.
