With around 80 volunteers Lynsey , Dylan and I are travelling to Nakuru in Kenya in May 2026 to spend time at partner schools in a developing area of the country.

In partnership with Derby County Community Trust and African Adventures, we will work in schools who provide a free education for children from underprivileged backgrounds.

Working in a range of roles from teaching, sports coaching, or building and renovation, we will undoubtedly make a difference and learn so much about the wider world.

Since speaking to our friends Colin and Kim who went in 2024, Lynsey and I have had doing this on our minds ever since.

We are always looking at ways that we can give back and this is a perfect way. It will also allow Dylan to join us to help, learn and take things back to his school.
