I've done the Great North Run once before over twenty years ago but this year our daughter Anna is running so I've decided to do it again with her. CAFOD is a brilliant charity that not just helps people around the world but also provides excellent resources for schools and other youth groups to use to inform and educate the young people we work with.

CAFOD is an international development charity helping people affected by poverty, climate, conflict and injustice around the world.
