Jake Madder tragically passed away on 5/17/2025 and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. In his death, Jacob saved 3 lives by donating organs.

We have created this page because like Jake, we want to honor the impact of organ donation and support UNOS' lifesaving mission to unite and strengthen the donation and transplant community to save lives.
