Helping Homeless Veterans UK is a registered charity in England and Wales and we do exactly what it says in our title which is housing those Veterans who have served in HM Armed Forces who find themselves without a place to call home.

We were contacted recently about a derelict building in Llanelli which would be perfect for our next Veterans Build Project. We have recently opened our first property in Bournemouth called The Talbot Mews which currently houses 6 veterans and with the cost of living crisis, we are finding a complete lack of affordable accommodation throughout all of our country.

Therefore our charity is doing something about it by providing that affordable accommodation that is so desperately needed. We are planning on providing 12 1 bed flats and two disabled access two bed flats as well as a communal area on the ground floor as well as a cafe and a Veterans Hub.

We have reached an agreement with the current owners and whilst everything is subject to planning permission being granted and a building surveyor checking the property over this will be happening in 2024.
