This year I am Norfolk County Bowls Association President and I also turn 60. YANA (You Are Not Alone) is my chosen Presidential Charity. To celebrate this memorable year, I have decided to raise funds for them by undertaking a Skydive on the 28th August 2024 from Beccles Airfield.

I feel YANA is a worthwhile cause, as I come from a rural background and fully understand the challenges to peoples mental health in this environment.

YANA provides confidential support. A call to the helpline can result in fast track access to funded counselling with professional counsellors who understand rural life

YANA builds understanding of mental health, providing the support and confidence to start conversations to help those who are in need

YANA invests in Mental Health First Aid training in order to get MH first aiders into every sector of the industry

YANA runs a national campaign on Suicide Prevention - 'Seven Tractor Facts to Save a Life'
