On the 22nd June I’ll be attempting to swim the length of Lake Coniston. Due to the location I’ve chosen to raise money for a worthy charity, Bay Search and Rescue. The charity were first on the scene to help my good friend Paul Rafter, who sadly passed away. The Lakes are a special place for Paul and his family.

If you can spare a couple of pounds it will be greatly appreciated.
