Story

Thanks for supporting my fundraising.

On June 21st 2025, I shall be attempting to set a new archery, Guinness world record for; Highest score in 24hrs. I'm confident I can achieve my goal, and am asking you to donate what you can to MacMillan.

As many of you know, I had skin cancer three years ago. I’ve recently been given the all clear and have been discharged. I want to raise money to support people who have not been as fortunate as I have and are in need of MacMillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe, JustGiving - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.

Quick update; I’ve just completed a night shoot, which was successful. I’ve also done a shoot in the rain, one in strong wind, and in the blazing heat. I’ve completed a six-hour shoot and on the next bank holiday Monday, I’ll be doing a twelve-hour shoot. I feel ready for the challenge on June 21st.
