This summer, to celebrate 15 years of The Wave Project, our team of young families is taking on the

15 Peaks of Summer Challenge.

Between 1 July and 31 August, we will collectively climb 15 peaks, raising funds to support young people’s mental health through the life-changing work of The Wave Project.

From local hills and family-friendly trails to iconic Munros, every summit represents a shared effort. As parents, we know that finding time for big adventures can be challenging, so we’ve chosen to take on this challenge together. By working as a team, we can support one another, involve our children, and show that even small steps can make a big difference.

We are part of a larger fundraising team celebrating The Wave Project’s 15th anniversary. While some participants are tackling the challenge solo, we’re completing it as a group to make it more achievable for families while still contributing to an ambitious fundraising goal.

This challenge is about much more than reaching the top of a mountain. It’s a celebration of 15 years of incredible impact, recognising every child, young person, and family supported by The Wave Project.

Through surf therapy and supportive communities, The Wave Project has helped thousands of young people build confidence, improve wellbeing, and find a sense of belonging.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps ensure more young people can access the support they need.
