What’s Cooking Deeside is proud to announce, that our Plant Manager, David Rimington, will be running in the GB Ultras Cheshire Ring 100-mile Ultramarathon - on Saturday, September 27th, 2025.
Starting at 06:00am in Media City, Salford - Dave will be taking on an incredible 100 miles of a great mix of trails in the region, knitting together the Bridgewater Canal, Ashton Canal, Rochdale Canal, Peak Forest Canal, the Trent and Mersey Canal and the Macclesfield Canal.
100% of the proceeds will be donated to Hope House + Ty Gobaith Hospices, in their effort to provide care for babies, children and young people who have life-threatening conditions and are not expected to live beyond 18 years of age.
Hope House is a truly remarkable organisation & we will be rooting Dave on for his inspiring efforts on raising money for this cause. Every pound raised, makes a difference.
