Story
WHY:
SNAP were there by our sides over 10 years ago when we received Jamie's autism diagnosis and we have been enveloped in their support ever since. Over the years the support we have received has been delivered in many different ways all of which have, and continue to be invaluable to us. Please help us to support this fantastic charity, they are a small charity that is relied on by so many families.
HOW:
As many of you know my mobility over the last few years has not been good. To celebrate the knee replacement surgery that I had in May, Hannah and I would like to take part in the September Fun Walk by walking 5km and we want to invite as many family and friends that would like to, to join us and make it a really fun afternoon. Bearing in mind that prior to my operation I could barely walk half a km this will be quite a challenge and a celebration too. You can help by encouraging us, making a donation, walking with us ....or doing all 3.
WHEN:
Sunday 10th September, starting at 1pm. For those that donate and walk with us we hope to have a little prosecco and cake celebration in our garden afterwards. (Contingency date if needed due to wet weather will be 24th Sept).
Please help if you can by donating to this amazing charity so that they can continue to help other families who are in need of support.
