We are proud to be running in the FT Nikkei UK Ekiden Year 2, which takes place on Friday 20th June 2025. The teams will compete along the picturesque Thames Path, running 114km from Windsor to Reading and back. Our DCME team has a squad of 14 runners, with 10 being selected for the race on the day - we will compete against another 30 teams in this long-distance relay wearing the traditional tasuki sash instead of using a baton.

We will once again be fundraising for the Royal Brompton and Harefields Hospitals Charity, DCME's house charity. All donations will go towards the digital twin project in Pulmonary Hypertension, helping to enable longer, better lives. Any donations would be much appreciated to encourage our runners and support a great cause.
