Dean Zetter is raising money for Saint Francis Hospice .

My dancing shoes are coming out of retirement! I have the privilege of participating as a celeb dancer in the very first Strictly Saint Francis event on the 24th October at the Brentwood Centre competing for a glitterball trophy!

On Sunday 6th July I will be paired with a fabulous professional who will ' try' and teach me a Latin and Ballroom dance to be performed on the night. We have 3 months of rehearsals ahead and so it begins!

I have pledged to raise £1,500.00 for the charity. I'm asking all my family, friends and wider circle to sponsor me and support my efforts by purchasing tickets for the event and donating to the Hospice who have cared for people very close to me.

Saint Francis Hospice specialises in providing care for any person, from any faith or cultural background, who has been diagnosed with a serious illness who lives in Havering, Brentwood, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge or West Essex. They offer experienced, compassionate advice and support. The hospice works alongside GPs, community nurses and hospital specialists to help manage pain and other difficult symptoms, with an aim for comfort, as much independence as possible, and the best possible quality of life. The hospice team also provides care for people at the end of life, at home and at the hospice.
