This December I will be completing the - 12 Runs of Christmas, hosted by Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. I am running in memory of my Dad who I lost to lung cancer when I was 26.

From the 1st until the 12th, I'll be completing some festive themed running activities and sharing my progress throughout.
